Net Registrar: EU ISP Guide

Welcome to the 'under construction' page for Net Registrar, a guide to Internet Service Providers in the European Union. Our main site is coming soon, we have tried to answer some common questions on this page before it is launched.
What does Net Registrar do ?
We come from a background of IT, specialising in different areas of electronic communication. Because of the nature of our work we are often asked to recommend ISP's in mainland europe to people and businesses. This has become so common a question we decided to build a web site to centralise and relay relevant information to individuals. When our main site is launched, you will find a list of ISPs, the services they provide and contact details for all of the countries within the European Union.
Who is your target audience ?
Many of our clients work abroad and are based there for several months at a time, needing a reliable internet connection for maintaining business communications. By compiling all the information for the different member states and the ISPs operating in their countries, we can provide a link to our customers who can then source a new ISP for the area they will be staying in. Our customers need to find a local ISP which provides the services they need in a language they understand, this site is aimed at providing them with the means to access this information quickly and easily.
How do I get a listing ?
If you are a provider who operates anywhere in Europe, please send us your details using the form below. We will then add your information to our database, if it is not already there. We need to know the following:
  • ISP name
  • Services offered
  • Support languages available
  • Minimum contract length
  • Contact name & address/telephone
Please send us brief details, and one of our team will be in touch to gain more comprehensive information from you.
How often is the site updated ?
The database lists a mammoth amount of information, listing as many ISPs as we have been able to find for the member states of the EU. All of the providers listed have been operating and in business for the last six months while we have been sourcing information, should any contact us to change their registered details, the changes will be reflected within a maximum window of 24 hours.
Is this a site designed purely for advertising revenue ?
No. We compiled this site because in our everyday work we often need to provide details of Internet Service Providers in europe to our clients. By centralising all the information our team uses in one place, we can ensure we provide consistent and accurate information to our clients. The quality and accuracy of the information we provide reflects directly on us before our clients.
What if I have a complaint ?
This site is aimed solely at providing information about ISPs in Europe, it is directory and no more. If you have a problem with an ISP, please contact them or your local trading standards body to escalate the issue. If you do have a complaint to make about an ISP, send us as much detail discussing the issue and the events which led to it and we may remove the ISP in question from our listing.
